Sales Representative – Nashville Metro

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a consultative sales environment. This position is about listening to customers. Must have experience in B2B and B2C sales.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Buildertrend, ProCore, HCSS, or other project management CRM experience is a plus.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the upper management for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research vendor accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Perform effective on-site demos to prospects.


  • Proven inside sales background.
  • Experience selling hardscape, landscaping, real estate, outdoors products and services.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • No degree required, but it’s nice if you have a BA or BS in a related field.


Base plus commissions. Base will be determined upon experience.
